Neo4j is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to join their team in a remote position. The company provides graph intelligence platforms that convert data into insights for AI systems and applications, serving major global enterprises.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to strategic clients, guiding them through complex architectural challenges and helping them build production-ready AI applications powered by graph databases and large language models. The position involves designing scalable solutions, engineering production code, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to share insights.

Responsibilities
- Engage with technical leaders and strategic partners to guide the successful implementation of Graph and GenAI solutions
- Design robust, scalable architectures aligned with enterprise requirements and industry best practices
- Lead requirement discovery, assess enterprise data ecosystems, and identify opportunities for graph-based AI
- Oversee project scope, align priorities, and manage risks to ensure timely project delivery
- Develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI applications integrating graph databases with LLMs and orchestration frameworks
- Evaluate and optimize deployed AI applications for performance, scalability, and efficiency
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to provide field insights and influence product roadmaps
- Share expertise internally and externally through workshops, training sessions, and documentation
- Maintain continuous learning regarding the evolving generative AI landscape
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise-grade applications
- Experience working with Large Language Models, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and application integration
- Advanced proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#
- Hands-on deployment experience across Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes environments
- Expert-level use of version control systems in enterprise development workflows
- Demonstrated expertise deploying and scaling applications across AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
- Familiarity with generative AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack
- Background in data engineering, analytics, or data science with experience in big data and database systems
- Expertise in graph data modeling and query languages such as Cypher
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to travel up to 50 percent for client engagements and strategic discussions
