Neo4j is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join its regional go-to-market team. The employer develops graph intelligence platforms and knowledge graphs that help organizations interpret data relationships for AI systems and applications. In this position, you will act as a core technical advisor and partner closely with sales executives to demonstrate how graph database and analytics technology meets critical client needs across sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, and life sciences.
The role involves guiding prospective clients through technology evaluations, handling opportunity qualifications, creating solution architectures, and speaking at industry events. Ideal candidates bring client-facing background experience and a solid understanding of cloud data architectures, relational or NoSQL databases, and programming languages.
Responsibilities
- Articulate the technical and business value of company platforms to prospects and customers
- Run technology evaluation stages of sales cycles including proof of value and platform demonstrations
- Build reference and solution architectures integrated with public clouds or on-premise environments
- Communicate customer requirements and product feedback to internal engineering, product, and sales teams
- Participate in account-based marketing events, trade shows, and industry conferences to drive demand
Requirements
- Over five years of client-facing experience in a solutions engineer, technical consultant, solutions architect, or sales role
- Experience working with data technologies in enterprise data architecture, data science, data analytics, or cloud data architecture
- Familiarity with graph data technology
- Hands-on proficiency with NoSQL or relational databases
- Experience with at least one programming language among Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C#
