Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI maturity assessment frameworks covering strategy, data, technology, governance, operating models, adoption, risk, and value
• Conduct maturity evaluations across business units, functions, and regions to benchmark the current state and identify capability gaps
• Identify, shape, and prioritize artificial intelligence use cases including generative AI and agentic solutions based on value, feasibility, data readiness, risk, and scalability
• Develop transformation roadmaps featuring short and long-term initiatives tailored to business priorities and organizational readiness
• Recommend AI operating models with governance interfaces and build business cases and return on investment models to track value realization
• Guide the maturity journey from proof of concept to production-scale adoption
• Support leadership decision-making through structured recommendations, business cases, and executive briefings while acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders
• Facilitate discovery workshops, interviews, and executive alignment sessions to derive actionable recommendations and transformation programs
• Support pre-sales activities for service line artificial intelligence transformation engagements
• Define adoption playbooks, change management interventions, and capability-building pathways in collaboration with talent and delivery teams
• Develop consulting assets, accelerators, and AI service offerings

Requirements

• Possess 10 to 12 years of experience in artificial intelligence or digital strategy, management consulting, enterprise transformation, or business architecture
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI landscape, adoption challenges, and scaling proofs of concept to production
• Show experience with maturity and capability frameworks, assessments, operating model design, and transformation roadmap development
• Prove the ability to build business cases, value models, and return on investment narratives to secure investment
• Have exposure to MLOps, Responsible AI, and AI Governance
• Demonstrate experience working alongside engineering and architecture teams in a services or product organization
• Exhibit excellent executive communication skills with the ability to influence without authority

Qualifications

• Hold an educational qualification of B.E, B.Tech, MCA, PhD, or an equivalent degree
