NTT DATA is currently looking for an AI Supply Chain Domain SME to join its remote team based out of Plano, Texas. This position involves driving digital transformations by engaging with supply chain executives, leading discovery workshops, and translating complex business requirements into advanced artificial intelligence solutions. Professionals in this role will oversee project delivery, validate automated workflows and domain models, and help clients achieve measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Consult with supply chain leaders to identify transformation priorities and business challenges
- Lead discovery workshops and craft proposals, business cases, and executive presentations
- Demonstrate how artificial intelligence solutions can enhance forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and cost efficiency
- Serve as the lead domain subject matter expert throughout client engagements to establish success criteria and business requirements
- Validate domain models, artificial intelligence agents, and automated workflows against practical operations
- Translate client feedback into reusable playbooks, accelerators, and product requirements
- Train internal teams on supply chain processes, market trends, and value drivers
Requirements
- Minimum of ten years of experience in supply chain consulting, operations, transformation, or related industry sectors
- Expertise in at least two supply chain domains such as demand planning, procurement, inventory optimization, logistics, or customer fulfillment
- Direct understanding of manufacturing and products industries, including CPG, automotive, high tech, chemicals, or industrial sectors
- Familiarity with major enterprise platforms including SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Ariba, or Coupa
- Understanding of how artificial intelligence and generative artificial intelligence impact decision-making workflows
- Demonstrated ability to build outcome-based business cases and track realized value
- Executive presence with strong facilitation and stakeholder influence skills
Qualifications
- Prior background in presales, solution consulting, product management, or industry advisory positions
- History of implementing analytics, automation, control tower, or artificial intelligence solutions
- Familiarity with outcome-based commercial models or managed services
- Knowledge of trade compliance, sustainability, supply chain risk, and supplier resilience
- Experience operating within global delivery and cross-functional teams
- Possession of APICS/ASCM certifications such as CSCP or CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma credentials
