This full-time role is described as developmental and is meant to grow into more open-ended, higher-stakes work over time.
Most of the job is answering concrete business questions. The analyst pulls and organizes data, writes and refines SQL for clearly scoped requests, and uses AI assistants such as Claude to fix logic and errors. Before building anything new, the analyst checks whether Looker or Omni already defines the metric and reuses that logic.
