Job Description

Responsibilities

• Apply DSP techniques such as filtering, FFTs, compression and sample rate conversion
• Work on digital modulation and demodulation, including OFDM and DQPSK
• Use spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators and audio analyzers
• Optimize algorithms using fixed-point arithmetic

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience
• Knowledge of analog and digital radio broadcasting, including AM, FM, RDS, DAB+ and DRM
• Proficiency in C, C++ and object-oriented concepts, plus MATLAB
• Experience porting software to at least one DSP processor such as HiFi or Hexagon

Qualifications

• B.E degree
• Understanding of wave propagation, fading and noise mitigation
• Knowledge of audio decoders and antenna types
