Bosch seeks an ASIC Validation professional for a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru. This role focuses on testing and validating automotive application-specific integrated circuits, system-on-chips, subsystems, and intellectual properties.
The position requires working closely with electronic design automation partners to continuously enhance testing methodologies, flows, and toolsets. Professionals in this role will build validation procedures on bench setups, write application scenarios, execute tests, and produce formal documentation and reports.
Responsibilities
- Validate systems-on-chip, automotive application-specific integrated circuits, subsystems, and intellectual properties
- Develop software drivers
- Create and document application scenarios
- Run tests and generate reports utilizing Paladium or ZEBU
- Partner with electronic design automation providers to constantly improve validation flows, processes, tools, and methods
- Perform validation of application-specific integrated circuits on bench setups
Requirements
- Possess five to twelve years of practical pre-silicon or post-silicon validation experience
- Participated in at least one application-specific integrated circuit or system-on-chip tape-out
- Demonstrate hands-on familiarity with Paladium or ZEBU
- Bring proficiency in C and C++ programming
- Understand processor architectures such as ARM
- Know AMBA protocols including APB, AHB, and AXI
- Show strong experience utilizing bench validation instruments
- Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Engineering, or Master of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication
