The role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who excels at handling high-volume operational tasks, maintaining meticulous organization across numerous small claims, mass arbitrations, and user demand letters, and supporting a busy litigation paralegal group without needing to handle purely substantive litigation work.
The primary focus of this job involves tackling backlogs by creating, updating, and closing out matters while safeguarding critical case timelines and details. Responsibilities also include triaging incoming cases, preparing exhibit packages, assisting with subpoena responses, and executing document productions efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Manage the backlog by creating, updating, and closing matters while keeping critical deadlines and case details organized
- Triage incoming cases, prepare exhibit packages, support subpoena responses, and handle document productions
- Handle high-volume, detailed operational tasks efficiently without heavy substantive litigation duties
- Support a litigation paralegal group managing heavy case volumes including small claims, mass arbitrations, and user demand letters
Requirements
- Possess a fundamental understanding of attorney-client privilege, work-product doctrine, and the duty of confidentiality
- Bring basic knowledge of filing deadlines, service requirements, and discovery timelines for small claims, state and federal courts, or arbitration tribunals
- Demonstrate a practical understanding of court e-filing portals
- Show proficiency in proofreading for proper citation, formatting, and accuracy under strict submission timelines
- Be proficient with G Suite
