This on-site role involves directing standard operating procedures, key performance indicators, distribution, and mid-mile logistics. The candidate will collaborate across functions to hit business objectives, manage SLAs, and oversee reverse logistics.
This position requires investigating inventory discrepancies, enforcing FEFO and FIFO practices, coordinating material movement with dark store teams, conducting stock audits, and reducing shrink. Responsibilities also include streamlining operations, developing peak season calendars, and improving productivity and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Manage large, technology-enhanced high-end warehouse operations and benchmark KPIs and SOPs
- Collaborate across functions to achieve business goals, efficiency targets, and SLA management
- Plan and manage distribution, mid-mile logistics, and reverse logistics
- Analyze and identify root causes of inventory deviations
- Drive productivity, enhance cost efficiency, and enforce FEFO and FIFO management
- Coordinate with dark store operations teams for smooth material movement
- Conduct warehouse stock audits and minimize shrink
- Streamline processes and operations by engaging with multiple teams
- Build annual calendars for peak seasons to plan operational requirements
Requirements
- Have 3 to 4 years of experience in establishing and managing multiple large, technology-enhanced high-end warehouse and logistics operations
- Possess effective analytical, communication, and Excel skills
- Demonstrate experience managing a large team with city or warehouse heads reporting into the role
- Work effectively as a team player in a target-driven work environment
- Collaborate with 3PL partners
Qualifications
- Prior experience with fruits and vegetables is preferred
