Responsibilities
- Organize milk run deliveries of materials and collect empties from production
- Store direct materials safely, act on blocked stock and decant as required
- Train and supervise logistics operations and report MIS on performance
- Escalate delivery issues to leadership according to the escalation matrix
Requirements
- 4+ years of inbound logistics experience, preferably material issue to manufacturing
- Competent in SAP warehouse and material management and production planning
- Knowledge of RFID Kanban milk run tools, PFEP and Power BI reports
- Ability to design internal milk run routes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial production engineering, or commerce
- Knowledge of lean pull principles
- Advanced warehouse and transportation management skills
- Conflict management and communication in English and the local language
