This full-time, on-site procurement role at Bosch Rexroth India covers purchase orders with overseas vendors, plant inventory and component availability. The planner monitors inbound schedules, runs weekly supplier performance reviews with suppliers and freight forwarders, and escalates delivery risks on time.
Responsibilities
- Create, update and delete purchase orders with overseas vendors.
- Monitor warehouse stock, inbound schedules and component availability, and escalate delays.
- Evaluate supplier performance and hold weekly delivery review meetings with suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to keep plant inventory at optimum levels.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- A B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical engineering.
- Knowledge of SAP MM module, Power BI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
