Job Description
This full-time, on-site logistics role in Bengaluru at Bosch covers warehouse and transportation performance, logistics cost control, audit readiness and claims. The manager tracks warehouse and transport KPIs with service providers, reduces blocked stock and customer claims, and leads warehouse improvement projects, including S/4HANA rollout activities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor warehouse and transportation KPIs and work with internal and external service providers to improve service levels.
- Identify logistics cost drivers, run root-cause analysis and reduce costs that exceed budget.
- Keep logistics processes audit-ready and work toward zero non-conformities.
- Reduce blocked stock and customer claims, and execute warehouse process improvement projects.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain management, especially physical logistics such as warehousing and transportation.
- Proficiency in ERP and warehouse management tools, and data-driven analysis.
- Ability to work with logistics service providers and transporters.
Qualifications
- Advanced project management skills, and knowledge of digital tools such as Power BI, RPA or Tableau.
