Lalamove is hiring an Assistant People Operations Manager in the Philippines. The role supports the People Operations Manager with recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, onboarding and training coordination, and routine HR guidance for line managers, escalating complex or sensitive matters.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day recruitment and track hiring pipeline and KPIs
- Coordinate onboarding, probation, promotions, transfers and exit interviews
- Coordinate mandatory and functional training and monitor completion
- Give routine people guidance to line managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in HR, business administration, psychology or a related field
- 6 to 8 years of HR experience across talent acquisition, lifecycle or HR operations
- Experience working with regional stakeholders is an advantage
Qualifications
- Experience in multinational, technology, logistics, retail or fast-paced organizations is preferred
- Experience coaching HR operations team members
