Lalamove is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager for corporate acquisition in Manila, based at PITX in Parañaque, Monday to Friday. The role oversees the acquisition team and a business development associate, drives new sign-ups and activations, tracks deal progress, and runs reviews to close KPI gaps.
Responsibilities
- Drive new sign-ups, activations and new revenue targets
- Manage direct reports to grow new client segments
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and run weekly performance reviews
- Coordinate B2B campaigns, partnerships and sales enablement materials
Requirements
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably related to sales or entrepreneurship
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in a leadership capacity
- Willingness to work onsite Monday to Friday at PITX in Parañaque
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and client service skills
- Ability to handle conflict and stress and manage teams under pressure
