Responsibilities
- Support accreditation and health and safety compliance in the laboratory
- Verify test methods and report deviations to the relevant manager
- Assist technicians and provide training as needs are identified
- Cover laboratory functions in the manager's absence and support payroll and leave admin
Requirements
- Familiarity with civil engineering test methods under TMH 1 and SANS
- Competence to supervise and carry out field work
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of health and safety
Qualifications
- Relevant national diploma (NQF 6) and ten years of relevant experience, or Grade 12 (NQF4) and fifteen years of relevant experience
- Drivers licence
