Konrad is a global digital innovation and AI consulting firm helping top brands succeed in the artificial intelligence era. The company is currently hiring an Associate Consultant to join its Strategy team on a full-time, hybrid basis requiring four or more days per week in the office.
In this capacity, you will support senior personnel by examining client business models, researching market standing, and conducting stakeholder interviews. You will assist in developing AI-focused digital solutions and target-state operating models, working alongside Design and Technology units to connect business strategies with human-centered user experiences. The role also involves participating in design thinking workshops, drafting client presentations, and monitoring developments in the artificial intelligence sector.
This opportunity is well-suited for analytical individuals with a strong drive to learn, excellent writing abilities, and a keen interest in modern technology trends. Global travel for client engagements may be required.
Responsibilities
- Help the broader team analyze client business models, goals, and competitive pressures to identify where artificial intelligence and emerging technology can alter performance.
- Support the creation of AI-focused digital solutions and target-state operating models across multiple industries.
- Gather data regarding client business processes, critical success factors, and market positions through stakeholder interviews and research.
- Contribute to digital transformation advisory work, examining how intelligent products, customer experiences, and competitive dynamics are shaped by AI.
- Partner with Design and Technology teams to bridge business strategy with human-centered user experiences.
- Coordinate and participate in user experience design thinking workshops, technology architecture sessions, and project planning activities.
- Draft and structure presentations, documentation, and Request for Proposal responses for senior audiences.
- Monitor the evolving AI, digital, and product innovation landscape to share insights that strengthen internal expertise and deliverables.
Requirements
- Ability to help structure complex and ambiguous business problems while communicating a clear, analytical point of view.
- Excellent writing competency and communication skills with a professional presence suited for enterprise stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving ability, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
- Self-motivated work ethic with a constant desire to learn about the latest technology trends.
- Capacity to thrive in a collaborative team environment as well as work independently.
- Willingness to fulfill a hybrid schedule with four or more days per week in the office.
- Willingness to travel globally for client projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience, including fields such as business, engineering, math, statistics, science, or economics.
- Prior professional background in consulting, user experience, product management, and/or engineering.
- Demonstrable passion for and understanding of user experiences, product innovation, and the rapidly evolving AI technology landscape.
- Comfort with presenting and public speaking.
