As a Consultant within the Strategy division, the successful candidate will help global enterprises execute digital transformations and implement AI solutions.
This position involves partnering directly with internal design and technology units to solve intricate business challenges and deliver user-centric experiences. The ideal candidate takes charge of strategic project components, determining how emerging technologies can reshape client capabilities and digital offerings. Responsibilities
- Advise clients and internal groups on business models and competitive pressures to identify opportunities for AI integration
- Develop AI-forward digital solutions and target operating models across diverse industries
- Investigate client business processes and market positioning via independent research and stakeholder interviews
- Contribute to digital transformation advisory work by shaping viewpoints on intelligent products and customer experiences
- Partner with design and technology teams to connect business strategy with user experience design
- Facilitate segments of design thinking workshops, architecture sessions, and project planning activities
- Draft high-impact presentations, reports, and RFP responses for senior audiences
- Monitor advancements in AI, digital technology, and product innovation to share insights internally and with clients
Requirements
- Possess at least two years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of user experience, product innovation, and the AI technology landscape
- Show the ability to structure complex business problems and communicate analytical perspectives
- Exhibit strong writing competency, professional presence, and communication skills
- Manage multiple workstreams concurrently with attention to detail
- Commit to working four or more days per week in the office
