Precision Medicine Group is hiring an Associate Creative Director, Copy to focus on healthcare advertising. This remote position involves leading creative development across multiple brands, collaborating with art directors, and communicating directly with clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in advertising and a passion for shaping brand narratives.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative development for multiple brands encompassing both art and copy elements
- Partner with art directors to formulate compelling creative concepts from initial idea through execution
- Present concepts and communicate directly with clients without supervision
- Mentor junior staff members and deliver constructive feedback
- Engage in strategic discussions with clients and represent the creative team
- Participate in new business development opportunities and pitches for established clients
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional advertising experience
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays
- Legal authorization to work in the employment country without sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Prior experience focused on healthcare, specifically pharmaceuticals or medical devices
