The company is hiring an Associate Product Operations Manager to function as the delivery layer of product operations, owning workstreams from initial intake to final handoff.
This position operates on a rotation-based model where individuals shift every six to twelve months across different vertical pods including Consumer, Shopper, and Enterprise. Situated within the Enablement Team, the person in this role coordinates launches, manages intake and triage, and utilizes artificial intelligence tools to accelerate deliverables. The organization follows a Flex First remote work model permitting employees to work from home, an office, or other locations.

Responsibilities
- Manage the intake process end-to-end by validating problem statements and organizing routing before items reach vertical pods
- Handle Tier 2 triage duties that require human judgment beyond automated system resolutions
- Create and maintain Product Enablement Packages, utilizing AI drafts as a foundation while maintaining accuracy and stakeholder fit
- Facilitate launch readiness within assigned areas by coordinating with stakeholders
- Synthesize customer signals and quality metrics into structured summaries for intelligence teams
- Process Product Requirements Documents through enablers and deliver results to Product and Product Operations Managers
- Identify and surface cross-domain patterns and insights during deployments
- Integrate artificial intelligence tools into daily workflows for onboarding, research, drafting, and triage
Requirements
- Four or more years of relevant experience in business analytics, project management, product operations, or a similar technology-driven field
- Practical working experience utilizing Jira or comparable project management software
- Strong analytical capabilities, including hands-on SQL experience along with proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel
- Demonstrated utilization of automation or AI-driven tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Proven capability to communicate effectively, advocate for customers, and collaborate across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Background in product launch operations or go-to-market planning
- Previous employment success in marketplace, consumer product, SaaS, or technology companies
- Acquaintance with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Mode
- Experience developing customer feedback mechanisms to improve products or processes
- Demonstrated ownership and initiative regarding cross-team process improvements or automations
