Bosch is hiring a senior automotive audio software developer in Bengaluru with hands-on experience in Android Automotive, AOSP and QNX-based embedded platforms. The role covers the full audio stack, including the Android audio framework, audio HAL, audio middleware, QNX components and hardware interfaces, along with cross-layer debugging and platform bring-up. It is a full-time, on-site position asking for 5 to 9 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop embedded audio software in modern C and C++
- Develop, customize and debug AOSP audio framework and audio HAL components
- Build and maintain QNX and POSIX-based audio middleware and services
- Support platform bring-up, integration, validation and customer-specific audio configurations
Requirements
- Embedded C++11, 14 or 17 skills with strong OOP, STL and concurrency knowledge
- Hands-on QNX development, including audio middleware or audio management
- Hands-on AOSP or Android audio framework experience
- Strong system-level debugging skills
Qualifications
- B.E, B.Tech, M.E or M.Tech in computer science, electronics, electrical, telecommunication or a related field
- Experience with Qualcomm automotive audio architecture and DSP frameworks is an advantage
- Familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262 and Agile or SAFe
