Angkas, a Philippine ride-hailing platform with a large network of biker-partners, is hiring a Biker Marketing Associate for Batangas on a one-year contract, on-site. The associate runs the city's communication calendar, watches community channels for biker feedback, coordinates on-ground onboarding support with city managers, and plans campaigns that grow active biker supply. Results are tracked on applicants, activations, reactivations and cost per biker.
Responsibilities
- Run the city's communication calendar and make sure posts go out on time.
- Monitor community pages, groups and Telegram channels daily for biker feedback, and escalate urgent issues within 24 hours.
- Plan and report on on-ground and digital campaigns for biker onboarding and retention.
- Track campaign results and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years in marketing, community management or field marketing, ideally in ride-hailing, delivery or gig-economy platforms.
- Hands-on management of Facebook pages, groups and Telegram channels, including scheduling and comment moderation.
- Strong Filipino and English communication, and proficiency in Google Workspace.
Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of the City of Batangas and willingness to travel regularly.
- Highly self-directed and comfortable working in the field.
- Willing to be immersed in biker activities.
