Angkas is recruiting a Biker Marketing Associate for Cavite on a one-year, on-site contract. The associate supports biker onboarding and retention by keeping the city's posting calendar on schedule, reviewing community groups and channels for signals about biker sentiment, and working with city managers on field and posting support. The role also plans campaigns to increase active biker supply in Cavite and reports on how they perform.
Responsibilities
- Keep the city's posting calendar on schedule.
- Review community pages, groups and Telegram channels each day for biker sentiment, and escalate urgent issues within 24 hours.
- Plan, launch and report on on-ground and digital campaigns that drive onboarding and retention.
- Measure campaign results and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years in marketing, community management or field marketing, preferably in ride-hailing, delivery or gig-economy platforms.
- Hands-on management of Facebook pages, groups and Telegram channels, with posting and comment moderation.
- Strong verbal and written communication in Filipino and English, and proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets and Drive.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of the City of Cavite and willingness to travel regularly.
- Comfortable working independently in the field.
- Willing to take part in biker activities.
