Job Description
Codekeeper, a remote-first company that builds software escrow services, is hiring a Business Analyst with a product and design focus. The role is full-time and remote. Applications are open for two months, and the company will fill the position once it finds a strong match.
The analyst turns business rules, customer wants and internal workflows into plain product specifications and easy-to-use experiences. The work sits where analysis, product management, design and engineering meet. The analyst maps how people move through the product, how the system should respond in unusual cases, and the conditions a feature must meet before it is accepted. Functional requirements and design rules are documented so the build matches the plan.
The role also works with the product manager or creative director on research, analysis and prototyping of new features. Analysts draft use cases and scenarios, then build wireframes and mockups for each key screen and process. They assemble product screens and components with the ShadCN design library. Ideal candidates approach problems structurally and look past single features to logic, usability, scalability and business effect. They should be proficient in Figma, have gathered requirements and mapped processes before, and be able to write clearly in English about functional requirements and how the system behaves.
