Job Description
Pacvue is seeking a remote Business Development Representative focusing on the EMEA region to join its team on a full-time basis. As a leading Commerce Media OS, Pacvue powers advertising spend across numerous global retail media networks utilizing advanced artificial intelligence and real-time data to help tens of thousands of brands and agencies optimize their performance.
In this position, the contributor will generate and qualify sales opportunities through targeted outbound and inbound prospecting. The role involves scheduling meetings, nurturing incoming leads, delivering product demonstrations, and collaborating alongside Account Executives to construct early-stage pipeline. The function places a strong emphasis on systematic outbound prospecting specifically directed at the German market by activating and qualifying target accounts.

Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic outbound prospecting targeting accounts across the German market based on tier priorities
- Respond to inbound, campaign, and event-sourced leads within established service level agreements
- Conduct fifteen to thirty minute discovery calls to assess fit, timing, and needs before passing qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Create and implement multi-touch outreach campaigns utilizing email, telephone, and LinkedIn focused on German market buyers
- Track all activities, pipeline updates, and handoff procedures accurately inside Salesforce
- Gather objections and competitive intelligence from the German market to refine positioning and messaging
- Track performance metrics including market coverage, speed-to-follow-up, lead quality, and accepted pipeline
- Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives on account targeting, campaign follow-up, and feedback cycles
Requirements
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
- Willingness to learn sales tools and CRM software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- No prior professional sales experience necessary as this is an entry-level position
- Familiarity with software sales principles or technology market trends
