Wrike seeks a Business Systems Security Analyst to join its global Security team. Wrike develops a powerful work management platform designed to help teams collaborate, create, and remove operational complexity. Operating as a distributed organization with over one thousand employees and ten global hubs, the company focuses on building connected environments for modern businesses.
In this position, you will oversee and govern security across Wrike's internal business SaaS ecosystem, including Marketo, Salesloft, Salesforce, and their connecting integrations. You will collaborate closely with cross-border departments such as Legal, Marketing, and RevOps to embed security best practices into platform configurations, third-party connections, and data flows.
This role suits an analytical professional with deep expertise in Salesforce administration and business systems security who enjoys tracing complex data pipelines to definitive conclusions. You will report directly to the Head of Security Operations within a fifteen-member global security department, working in a hybrid arrangement where local personnel coordinate for in-person collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee security for core business SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and their associated integrations, focusing on permissions, sharing rules, OAuth scopes, and connected apps.
- Map and maintain clear visibility into the data residing within enterprise systems, its purpose, and its movement across interconnected tools.
- Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Legal teams to integrate security measures into platform setups, extensions, and third-party links.
- Explain technical security and business continuity concepts clearly to non-technical partners.
- Work with Legal and Compliance to verify that business systems managing personal data comply with regulatory standards like GDPR and CCPA.
- Investigate complex data flows and access permissions thoroughly to understand their implications.
Requirements
- Primary expertise in Salesforce administration with a strong security focus, including permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, and integration patterns.
- Understanding of how enterprise business systems interconnect and the associated risks regarding data exposure and business continuity.
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.
Qualifications
- Certified Salesforce Administrator credential
- Security+, ISC2 CC, or an equivalent security certification
- Experience auditing or governing SaaS-to-SaaS integrations
- Exposure to data security posture management or data classification within SaaS environments
