Wrike is currently hiring a Director of Global GTM Strategy & Operations to lead and scale its international revenue operations team. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity best suited for an operational expert capable of guiding C-suite strategy while diving into the specifics of compensation frameworks and forecasting. The person in the role will direct a global team of between 6 and 15 operations professionals and analysts, serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership across marketing, sales, and customer success.
The successful candidate will own end-to-end revenue planning, orchestrate annual territory design, manage quota allocation, and oversee commercial governance alongside legal and finance departments. This position requires deep familiarity with B2B SaaS unit economics and experience aligning field execution with executive objectives. U.S. East Coast residency is preferred to facilitate collaboration across global time zones.
Total on-target earnings for this position range from $180,000 to $205,000 USD, determined by experience, geographic location, and other relevant factors. Wrike offers a comprehensive benefits package including flexible time off, insurance coverage, and home office allowances.
Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and mentor a global GTM Operations team consisting of 15 embedded business partners and visualization analysts
- Drive annual planning, capacity modeling, quota allocation, and territory design across sales, customer success, and marketing
- Partner with executives to manage company-wide objectives focused on gross and net retention, bookings, and customer lifecycle optimization
- Run regular operational cadences with executive stakeholders across departments to eliminate friction and accelerate deal velocity
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and deal desk teams to govern non-customer-facing commercial execution and streamline contracting workflows
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business operations, revenue operations, or GTM operations within B2B SaaS
- Demonstrate direct experience managing and developing global operational teams across international time zones
- Possess core expertise in SaaS unit economics, quota setting, territory planning, retention and bookings metrics, and annual planning processes
- Show high proficiency in operating as an executive-level partner to leadership across sales, marketing, and customer success
Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise value selling frameworks such as Force Management's Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, or Challenger
- Background operating in high-growth, execution-oriented B2B SaaS environments
