Wrike is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead Klaxoon, the product area focused on visual collaboration and whiteboarding experiences within the broader work management platform. Operating as a distributed organization with over 1,000 employees across multiple global hubs, the company builds tools that help teams collaborate, eliminate operational complexity, and concentrate on purposeful work. In this leadership capacity, the chosen professional will direct the strategy for Wrike Whiteboards, oversee product unification, drive user adoption, and champion artificial intelligence initiatives. This position involves balancing innovation with customer retention while mentoring a team of product managers to elevate their strategic leadership capabilities.

The role is well-suited for an experienced product leader with a background in enterprise software, artificial intelligence integration, and cross-functional team management. Candidates must be prepared to navigate complex strategic priorities, spanning core user experiences, vertical-specific use cases, and the convergence of Wrike and Klaxoon into a unified offering. Team members enjoy a flexible working environment, with options for remote arrangements, hybrid setups, or co-working spaces. Employees situated near specific hubs, such as Rennes, Prague, Nicosia, or Bangalore, generally collaborate in person two to three days weekly. The interview process entails an exploratory recruiter call, a meeting with the Product Director, a panel interview, a home task, and a final discussion with the Chief Product Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities for Klaxoon across the core whiteboard experience, artificial intelligence strategy, and vertical differentiation
  • Drive user adoption of the whiteboard experience and identify high-value vertical use cases for customers
  • Contribute to building research and development processes, tooling, and mindsets to support artificial intelligence-native operations and agentic workflows
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of product managers to help them transition into strategic product leaders
  • Unify Wrike and Klaxoon into a single seamless product and manage the convergence process

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area involving multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and delivery
  • Working background in business-to-business software-as-a-service and enterprise customer needs
  • Ability to make trade-offs across investments, customer expectations, product convergence, and innovation
  • Experience aligning cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, solution consulting, and executive leadership
  • Practical understanding of artificial intelligence-native product strategy and identification of differentiated use cases in visual collaboration

Qualifications

  • Prior background in visual collaboration, whiteboarding, collaborative work management, or team collaboration products
  • Practical understanding of agentic workflows and artificial intelligence-native product development
