This contracting opportunity centers on shaping candidate interactions from the initial touchpoint through the offer stage and subsequent handover to People Operations. In this position, the specialist partners closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and recruiting leadership to execute hiring strategies, organize interviews, and maintain proper tracking records. The role suits individuals who can act as brand ambassadors, maintain transparent communication, and support inclusive, high-volume talent acquisition in an all-remote environment.
Candidates must be based in the EST timezone. The position requires flexibility in working hours to collaborate across multiple time zones. The work environment operates asynchronously, valuing continuous knowledge exchange and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to execute recruitment plans for open positions
- Maintain precise hiring process records within applicant tracking systems and company repositories
- Manage interview scheduling and coordinate logistics as a recruiting coordinator
- Provide clear, thoughtful, and consistent communication to candidates throughout every stage of hiring
- Monitor candidate traffic and pipelines to identify and flag potential bottlenecks
- Create and prepare employment contracts for candidate offers
- Partner with People Operations to ensure seamless onboarding handoffs for incoming team members
- Represent company culture and values during all interactions with potential talent
Requirements
- Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes alongside hiring managers and recruiters
- Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems for candidate management and scheduling
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and the capability to learn new software
- Clear written and verbal communication skills appropriate for interacting with candidates and executives
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities with attention to detail
- Residency in the EST timezone
- Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous operational model with flexible hours
Qualifications
- Prior background in fast-paced or high-volume environments
- Experience using Greenhouse applicant tracking software
- Transferable experience derived from related coordination or operations roles
