The organization is hiring a Catalog and Content Lead to manage a major catalog expansion that will increase the current inventory size by roughly one hundred times. In this remote, full-time position, the professional will direct a three-person team, oversee production schedules, establish quality assurance protocols, and maintain hands-on involvement with the content management system. Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of three staff members
- Establish production schedules across product launches, marketing campaigns, and catalog updates
- Oversee product publishing and ensure metadata and imagery accuracy prior to site publication
- Design and scale quality assurance processes for high-volume content output
- Coordinate cross-functional product work to keep schedules moving and resolve blocks
- Turn incoming requests into defined scopes, owners, and deadlines
Requirements
- Possess at least three years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Show prior experience leading or co-leading a team with direct ownership of people and output
- Provide a track record of managing projects against strict deadlines involving multiple contributors
- Demonstrate a track record of building or scaling content or product quality assurance processes at high volume
- Exhibit hands-on fluency with a content management system or product information management platform
- Have working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Work from 3 PM to 12 AM Philippine Time
Qualifications
- Experience with scripted or automated production workflows in Adobe Photoshop
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator
- Experience building lightweight tools utilizing artificial intelligence, no-code platforms, or basic scripting
