Job Description
Codekeeper is hiring a Client Success Specialist for its LegalTech operations. The role is full-time, remote and sits within the Customer Success team. Its purpose is to help customers reach the results they want from the company's product and service, which supports satisfaction and retention.
The work has three main strands. The specialist answers questions from customers and prospective customers about the company's services and how to manage a Codekeeper account, and makes sure those requests are handled promptly and accurately. The specialist also helps customers connect their source code management platforms and confirms the setup is handled correctly on the company's side. In addition, the specialist answers lead questions by email and through website chat.
Other tasks include reviewing information that customers supply and writing reports on it, drafting legal language that reflects each customer's requirements in written agreements, and preparing documents for review by a manager before they go to clients. The role also includes legal research and general support on legal matters.
The posting suits an organized, detail-focused person with excellent written English, analytical thinking and a proactive approach.
