This task may require sitting for extended periods. In addition to data labeling, the contractor will supply clinical recommendations utilizing nursing knowledge of skilled nursing facility and senior living electronic medical records. The selected professional will collaborate with a team of subject matter experts on quality reviews of AI products and must adhere to security, HR, and clinical training directives.

Responsibilities
- Label clinical notes from PointClickCare approximately 95 percent of the time to train artificial intelligence models
- Provide clinical feedback and recommendations based on nursing knowledge of senior living and skilled nursing facility electronic medical records
- Supply clinical expertise within the data labeling team
- Align with defined labeling rules and propose constructive input for potential product improvements
- Partner with subject matter expert teams to conduct quality reviews of AI solutions
- Complete all designated security, clinical director, and human resources training
Requirements
- Registered nurse or nurse practitioner clinical background with a minimum of 5 years of acute or long-term post-acute care clinical experience
- Familiarity with healthcare artificial intelligence usage and concepts like large language models, natural language processing, and hallucinations
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and project management capabilities
- Proficiency in written and spoken English with strong medical terminology comprehension
