Beacon Biosignals is hiring a full-time Clinical Study Operations Associate to support the deployment of its home electroencephalogram platform in clinical studies. Operating fully remotely within the Pacific or Mountain Timezones in the United States, this position requires up to five percent travel. Beacon Biosignals focuses on transforming precision medicine for the brain through at-home monitoring platforms designed for neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorders. The organization combines electroencephalogram and cardiopulmonary signals to deliver reimbursable assessments.
This role suits professionals who want to contribute to brain monitoring accessibility and interpretation. The associate will work closely with clinical research sites, project teams, and internal stakeholders to oversee study startup, site management, and live-study monitoring while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams on study startup activities
- Serve as the primary contact for clinical research sites
- Train research sites on device usage and study protocols
- Track project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Resolve and escalate operational problems using tools like Zendesk and Asana
- Relay feedback from research sites to improve workflows and devices
Requirements
- Two to four plus years of background in clinical operations or clinical project management
- Written and verbal proficiency in English
- Availability to work fully remotely within the Pacific or Mountain Timezones in the United States
- Ability to travel up to five percent
Qualifications
- Knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice, and International Conference on Harmonization guidelines
- Interest in learning about analytics, statistics, machine learning, and clinical trials
- Fluency in additional languages
