This on-site Clark role leads a collections team at Sutherland, linking agents with management. The team leader tracks agent scorecards and KPIs, runs weekly one-on-ones, builds performance improvement plans, and presents team results and root cause findings to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Track agent scorecards and team results against account goals
- Run weekly one-on-one coaching and log sessions in SQMS
- Build performance improvement plans for underperforming agents
- Create performance reports with trends and action points
Requirements
- At least two years as a Team Leader handling collections for a banking or financial campaign
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and suggest improvements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
