Job Description
Ebury's London Victoria office is recruiting a commercial analyst on a hybrid, full-time basis: four days in the office and one day working from home. The analyst supports the revenue-generating side of the business, working with Sales, Marketing and data leaders to make operations more efficient, sharpen performance and improve forecasting accuracy.
The analyst examines data throughout the revenue funnel to uncover trends, risks and opportunities, and produces KPIs and dashboards covering pipeline health, conversion and revenue. Work includes mapping end-to-end revenue workflows, from lead generation through renewals, to find bottlenecks, then creating and rolling out fixes for how pipeline, forecasts and reports are managed. The analyst owns regular revenue reports and forecasts with Finance and Sales, maintains the CRM and wider revenue tools so the data stays accurate, trains colleagues, automates repetitive work and supports cross-functional projects with data-led recommendations.
The posting seeks two to four years in revenue, sales or commercial analytics roles, or a comparable analytical position, preferably in financial services, plus a bachelor-level qualification in a discipline such as business, finance or economics. Skilled use of Excel, SQL and CRM platforms such as Salesforce is needed, and experience with BI tools like Sigma, Looker, Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Comfort using AI tools to speed up analysis is expected. Ebury, founded in 2009, offers a starting salary and a yearly discretionary bonus, mentoring, technology and career advancement.
