Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies centred on regional creators, audiences, and culture across MENAT+
- Advise regional leadership on business priorities, reputation management, emerging issues, and impactful moments
- Identify and respond to reputational risks and opportunities influenced by media, policy, regulatory, and cultural shifts
- Drive creator-first and earned-first storytelling that fosters audience discovery and local cultural relevance
- Collaborate with internal departments including Music, Podcasts, Product, Growth, Marketing, and Public Affairs
- Bridge local regional perspectives with global communication strategies
- Oversee corporate, executive, internal, and B2B communication efforts such as media relations and thought leadership
- Manage external agency partnerships and associated budgets efficiently
Requirements
- Bring over 10 years of communications background encompassing consumer, corporate, reputation, and policy public relations
- Demonstrate familiarity with the media, cultural, and creator environment across MENA, Türkiye, Pakistan, or related markets
- Display fluency in English along with Arabic and/or Turkish
- Possess experience providing senior leadership with counsel during sensitive or fast-moving situations
- Be based in Dubai
