This full-time, on-site role in Lahore sits within Educative's marketing team and supports Fenzo, a new AI-powered learning brand. The community manager finds where students, educators and self-learners gather online, builds real relationships and writes content for LinkedIn, X and Reddit.
Responsibilities
- Map where Fenzo's target audiences gather online and build a genuine presence before promoting.
- Take part in communities, answer questions and help grow Fenzo's own Discord or subreddit.
- Write and publish content for LinkedIn, X and Reddit suited to each platform's audience.
- Conduct outreach to students, teachers and potential advocates, and report community feedback to marketing and product.
Requirements
- Genuine familiarity with online communities relevant to Fenzo's audience, particularly student spaces.
- Active presence on Reddit, Discord, X or LinkedIn, ideally with a record of engagement.
- Strong written communication, with outreach that feels authentic rather than corporate.
- Comfort wearing many hats across community, content and outreach.
Qualifications
- Experience moderating or running a Discord server, subreddit or similar community.
- Experience growing a personal or brand social or content presence.
- Familiarity with the ed-tech, education or professional learning space.
