The selected candidate will handle the setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various computer hardware components to ensure uninterrupted operations.
This role is well-suited for an IT professional with a solid background in enterprise computer hardware who enjoys hands-on technical work, system diagnostics, and providing direct assistance to users. The primary duties include configuring desktops, laptops, servers, and printers, assembling new systems, conducting routine upgrades, monitoring equipment performance, and maintaining accurate asset inventories.
Candidates must ensure all technical activities adhere to established safety standards and corporate IT policies. Additionally, the person in this role will document all installation and repair records, train users on proper equipment care, and submit regular status reports to the IT department. Responsibilities
