This full-time, on-site Manager role sits in the global Corporate Strategy group at Freshworks, based in Bengaluru as listed. Requirements
- Four to six-plus years in consulting or corporate strategy, or a mix of consulting and internal strategy work.
- Track record on growth, product, go-to-market, pricing, market entry or investment questions.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling ability.
- Executive-level communication and the capacity to influence without formal authority.
- Comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and detailed analysis.
Qualifications
- Experience at a leading strategy consultancy, with McKinsey, Bain and BCG named as preferred.
- A software-as-a-service or tech-company background, which is strongly preferred.
- A curious, low-ego approach that thrives on ambiguity.
