Job Description
Superside operates as an artificial intelligence-driven creative enterprise assisting more than 500 brands with scaled design execution. The organization functions entirely remotely, uniting over 700 personnel spanning more than 60 countries.
The company seeks a Creative with a focus on Motion Design to join on a contract basis. In this role, the individual will partner with international account teams to produce animated digital advertisements, motion graphics, and Lottie animations for prominent global clients. Selected personnel will take charge of technical motion projects, experiment with artificial intelligence tools for video and image generation, and ensure meticulous delivery on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Produce animated graphics for major international brands across various formats
- Partner with dedicated account teams located in multiple time zones
- Handle multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail and respecting budgets and deadlines
- Assist creative leads in helping clients meet objectives and add business value
- Assume responsibility for technical motion developments including Rive and Lottie animations
- Test and incorporate artificial intelligence tools intended for video generation, image creation, and animation improvements
- Develop interactive motion assignments that expand the boundaries of engagement
Requirements
- Possess a robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion design, video, and animation
- Demonstrate mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Show direct experience utilizing Rive and Lottie animations
- Maintain a deep grasp of visual storytelling and animation principles
- Consistently achieve pixel-perfect execution within established timelines and budgets
- Communicate effectively in written and spoken English
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor degree or higher in Communications, Creative fields, Design, or a related discipline
- Bring background in 3D applications or video editing
- Display familiarity with emerging creative technology and AI-enhanced motion solutions
- Possess knowledge of user interface design systems
- Have some understanding of HTML5
