In this position, you will guide and mentor a customer-facing group responsible for handling complex financial subjects such as ETFs, market mechanics, and investment education. The group operates seven days a week between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with staff working either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts weekly.
This is a full-time, on-site role situated strictly at the employer's office in Westlake, Texas. The position requires attendance five days a week. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a customer experience team to meet quantitative and qualitative metrics

- Act as a subject matter expert on retirement accounts, custodial accounts, brokerage accounts, and general investing
Requirements
- Hold active FINRA licensing
- Possess prior leadership experience such as a Manager, Supervisor, or Team Lead role
- Work on-site five days per week at the Westlake, Texas office
