Quince is seeking a French Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join the team and serve as a key point of contact for buyers. Operating through a manufacturer-to-consumer model, Quince delivers apparel, home goods, and accessories at accessible price points by removing traditional retail layers. In this role, you will assist buyers across multiple communication channels including phone, email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions completely from start to finish across phone, chat, email, and social channels
- Resolve shopper issues with empathy and care to maintain positive brand relationships
- Navigate company tools efficiently while delivering personalized support
- Report recurring patterns and insights to help elevate the service experience
- Develop deep product knowledge to guide buyers authentically
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in written and spoken French and English
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Ability to build relationships and resolve issues effectively
- Dedicated quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet meeting 75+ Mbps download and 10+ Mbps upload speeds
- Availability to work designated shifts based on preset schedule options
