Quince is seeking a Paid Social Video Producer to join its team on-site in San Francisco, California. Operating through a manufacturer-to-consumer model, Quince aims to offer high-quality apparel, accessories, and home goods at accessible prices by eliminating traditional retail layers.
In this full-time role, you will act as a performance-minded production leader overseeing Quince's in-house performance shoots from conception to final handoff. This position suits an adaptable, multi-skilled media professional who thrives in a rapid, high-volume studio setting and enjoys translating performance briefs into test-ready video content.
You will be responsible for driving visual execution on set, managing logistics and talent, and partnering closely with growth marketing, styling, merchandising, and post-production teams. Your primary focus will be generating scalable, modular assets optimized for performance testing across social channels while upholding high standards for creative quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead three to five studio shoot days per week from initial planning through final asset delivery
- Oversee all shoot operations, timelines, logistics, and talent coordination
- Convert performance briefs into scalable video content built for testing
- Handle on-set visual execution, including art direction and shooting for framing, tone, pacing, and coverage
- Coordinate with styling and merchandising staff to prioritize key products
- Capture modular video elements including hooks, calls to action, b-roll, and alternative messaging to support growth testing
- Balance creative quality output with speed and testing volume
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing to align on content opportunities and testing priorities
- Work alongside editors during post-production to verify final deliverables match the intended strategy
- Maintain organized file management and structured handoffs for post-production teams
Requirements
- Possess five to eight or more years of experience in video production
- Demonstrate expertise in end-to-end shoot production with proficiency in studio lighting and camera operation
- Show skill in creating social-first, performance-driven content focusing on storytelling, hooks, and framing
- Act as a hybrid producer and operator capable of directing talent, shooting, lighting, and solving problems on set
- Bring experience in generating high-volume photo and video assets within fast-paced studio environments
- Exhibit strong organizational and media management skills with the ability to collaborate with post-production crews
- Work as a self-sufficient, versatile, and cross-functional producer with talent booking and management experience
- Work on-site at the San Francisco office five days a week
