Cribl is looking for a Customer Support Manager to join a specialized support group within the organization. This role suits an experienced leader with technical aptitude who enjoys coaching engineers and assisting clients. The position involves guiding a support staff, managing escalations, tracking performance metrics, and building product knowledge. The work requires participation in standby, on-call, or off-hours duties as needed.

The base salary for this position ranges from $116,000 to $181,000 per year, determined by geographic location, skills, and experience, with eligibility for the corporate bonus program and various employee benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage an industry leading team
- Handle customer support escalations
- Review cases, metrics, and statistics to ensure departmental success
- Mentor and coach engineers
- Create, maintain, and enhance processes and procedures

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a leader of a highly technical team
