Job Description
ClickUp builds an AI-powered work platform that combines project tasks, documents, messaging, scheduling and search in one place. The company describes itself as AI-native and assesses AI fluency during hiring. This full-time, remote role sits within the CX Operations team, which supports Technical Account Management (TAM), Solutions, Support and Customer Experience (CX).
The CX Operations Analyst owns several operational processes for Partner Services, including statements of work, invoicing, renewal processes and partner system access. Beyond operations, the position delivers analytics, automations and AI-based builds for TAM, Solutions and Support. The work spans several groups, including Finance, GTM Systems and the TAM and Solutions teams, and the analyst collaborates with other CX Operations members on shared initiatives while owning assigned processes and analytical deliverables.
Partner operations work covers managing SOWs for partner subcontracting from creation through closure, validating invoices and tracking payments, granting and revoking partner logins for internal systems and client environments, and supporting capacity planning. The analyst keeps records audit-ready and makes escalation paths clear.
On the automation side, the analyst builds and improves AI-driven workflows and agents for customer health monitoring, risk spotting, engagement handling, service delivery tracking and quality metrics. The analyst also creates and upkeeps reporting views inside Salesforce, ClickUp and Hex, and answers ad hoc analysis questions. Renewals and retention analysis is part of the work, pulling data, shaping it and spotting patterns.
The posting describes a detail-oriented, analytically strong person who enjoys automating manual work and moves quickly in a fast-paced environment.

- Grant, revoke and oversee partner access to internal tools on an ongoing basis.
- Help with capacity planning and staffing allocations.
- Keep partner operations records accurate and audit-ready.
- Build and iterate AI-driven workflows and agents across TAM, Solutions and CX.
- Own reporting and dashboards across Salesforce, ClickUp and Hex.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis and support renewals and retention analysis.
- Support senior CX Ops colleagues on cross-functional programs and answer ad hoc requests from leadership.
Requirements
- At least three years in operations or analytics work, ideally in SaaS, customer-facing or GTM teams.
- Proof of having built AI-based workflows that delivered measurable results.
- Experience supporting technology-enabled process change with a focus on AI and agentic solutions.
- Skilled at handling and analyzing data, covering reporting, scenario modeling and BI tools.
- Ability to work with stakeholders across global regions, reach consensus and drive change.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, ClickUp, Hex, Tableau, Google Apps Script or comparable platforms.
- An understanding of SaaS business models, customer journeys and core KPIs.
