Blue Acorn iCi, a business unit of Infosys Nova Holdings, LLC, is seeking a Data Architect for a remote, contract position based in the United States. The employer is a digital experience consultancy specializing in the Adobe Experience Cloud, helping global brands combine data, design, and technology to optimize customer engagement. In this role, the consultant will guide the design and delivery of secure data architectures, define strategies, and manage data integration across Adobe platforms and cloud environments.
The successful candidate will collaborate with clients, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to assess source systems, create data models, and implement Adobe Experience Platform capabilities. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, managing data governance and quality, supporting large-scale data migrations, and optimizing query performance. This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced data professional with a strong background in customer-centric data modeling, advanced SQL, and platform implementations.
Responsibilities
- Design secure and scalable data solutions across cloud platforms and Adobe products
- Conduct customer data discovery to evaluate source systems, data movement, and relationships
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to unify sales, CRM, and customer information
- Establish frameworks for data quality, security, privacy, and master data management
- Build foundations for the Adobe platform data lake and real-time customer profiles
- Design batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines in partnership with data engineers
- Automate configuration tasks utilizing REST APIs, Postman, and scripting
- Plan and execute large-scale data migration, modernization, and transformation projects
Requirements
- Ten or more years of experience in data modeling, data architecture, SQL, and client-facing work
- Expertise in designing customer-centric database models across CRM, marketing, point-of-sale, and related systems
- Advanced SQL development skills involving transformations, functions, stored procedures, and joins
- Experience with Python or Bash scripting
- Hands-on administration or usage of the Adobe Experience Platform
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline
- Real-Time Customer Data Platform certification
- Industry domain knowledge in retail, telecommunications, healthcare, automotive, cloud, or streaming platforms
