Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a remote Data & Insights Consultant for a contract position based in the United States. Operating as a business unit of Infosys Nova Holdings, LLC, the company partners with global enterprise brands to design, build, and optimize digital customer experiences by integrating data, design, and technology.
In this role, the consultant will help enterprise clients deploy and refine Adobe Experience Platform applications, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Edge Data Collection. The position bridges business objectives and technical execution, requiring close collaboration with data architects, business consultants, and enterprise architects to translate needs into technical specifications.
This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced technologist who can guide integration strategies, mentor internal and client teams, and deliver comprehensive client-facing documentation. Candidates must be available for up to 30 percent travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Adobe Experience Platform applications for enterprise clients
- Partner with business consultants and architects to design integrated solutions addressing specific client use cases
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and solution documentation
- Develop API connections, tag management strategies, and data integrations
- Create client-facing presentations, data dictionaries, and enablement materials
- Provide training and mentorship to internal and client personnel
- Maintain records of project activities and client interactions
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in client-facing technical roles involving hands-on enterprise software implementation
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience working with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, or Real-Time Customer Data Platform
- Understanding of Adobe Edge Data Collection for web and mobile platforms
- Familiarity with web development, single-page applications, and Adobe Experience Platform Tags
- Proficiency in API integration, data modeling, tag management, and solution architecture
- Comfort working with JavaScript without requiring daily coding
- Experience with mobile analytics, SDKs, marketing technology, and event-data pipelines
- Possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Python and SQL
- Experience utilizing AI or machine learning models for predictive analytics, customer segmentation, or automation
- Familiarity with Adobe Target, Audience Manager, and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
- Experience designing or managing data models and databases
- Background working in vertical industries such as healthcare, finance, or retail
- Experience with scripting or automation using Scala, Python, or R
- Familiarity with cross-device media tracking, privacy considerations, and multi-platform media delivery
- Demonstrated background in thought leadership through training, mentoring, or content creation
