Job Description

Nebius is recruiting a Data Center Supply Chain Manager to support its EMEA data center operations. The job is full-time and can be performed remotely within the EU, or from the company's head office in Amsterdam. Trading on Nasdaq under NBIS, Nebius sells AI cloud infrastructure, from compute and storage through networking to applied AI, and runs research hubs in Europe, Britain, North America and Israel.

The manager is responsible for buying server and GPU equipment from start to finish for new data center projects. This means negotiating directly with OEM and ODM hardware makers, controlling costs, dealing with supply shortages, and escalating vendor issues when needed. Once a facility goes live, the role keeps operations running smoothly through stock planning and urgent purchases.

Teams across the business rely on this role, so the manager is in regular contact with several departments. The manager also builds dashboards and status reports so that tasks remain visible and finish before their deadlines. The job moves quickly, so the posting looks for someone who can join ongoing projects without delay and grasp technical infrastructure needs.

Applicants should bring at least five years of experience buying server or data center hardware and must have worked directly with ODM or OEM manufacturers. The employer wants a record of winning supply commitments and favourable terms in tight markets, and working proficiency in English. Practical GPU purchasing, background in hyperscale or AI infrastructure, global procurement experience and familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP platforms are treated as added strengths.
