Job Description
The Token Factory unit at Nebius, which runs AI inference for both trial and live deployments, is recruiting a Delivery Operations Manager. The role is full-time and remote from anywhere in Europe. The manager designs and maintains the operating system that links sales, delivery and customer success, so each client can move from first contract to production without friction.
Day to day, the manager oversees processes for live proofs of concept and production accounts, making sure knowledge is retained when a customer shifts from a trial to a production setup. The position also requires writing guides for complicated events such as customer migrations, model swaps, GPU type changes and contract renewals, as well as defining how a customer's offboarding or scope reduction is wound down.
Commercial administration is part of the job. The manager supports moves to new legal entities, revised agreements and product SKU changes, and writes instructions that show account executives, solutions engineers and sales operations staff how to serve Token Factory clients. The manager also sets out how upsells, such as fresh proofs of concept for existing accounts, are configured for operations and billing.
Visibility is a major theme. The manager maintains one dependable record of customer health, live workloads and contract status, watches upcoming renewals and capacity changes, and escalates risks early. Incidents are handled jointly with solutions architects and support staff, the manager leads regular operating reviews, and pushes for automation across Salesforce, Jira and back-office systems, including customer alerts and contract expiry reminders.
Applicants should come from operations in cloud, AI or software-as-a-service firms and be relaxed about working alongside sales, legal, finance and engineering staff. The posting values process without red tape, initiative in raising problems, and enough technical literacy to follow an engineering discussion. Writing code is not required.
