Accesa is a technology company with over two decades of experience supporting major brands in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, banking, and finance. Currently employing over 1,200 IT professionals across locations including Cluj-Napoca and Oradea, the company delivers end-to-end digital evolution solutions.
In this role, the candidate will assist banking sector clients known for offering innovative financial solutions and maintaining economic stability. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and bridge the gap between business and IT divisions. Daily activities involve handling project governance, maintaining SharePoint frameworks, drafting management presentations, and tracking deadlines and action items.
This position is suited for an organized professional with a structured approach who can facilitate communication and ensure complete project transparency. Candidates must possess professional proficiency in both English and German, with German at the C1 level, alongside routine usage of artificial intelligence tools to optimize workflow productivity and manage deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with daily project coordination and governance tasks
- Maintain project documentation and organize SharePoint directory structures
- Prepare management slide decks and project status reports
- Coordinate workshops, project meetings, and subsequent follow-up tasks
- Bridge business and IT departments to foster effective collaboration
- Monitor decisions, action items, and overall project trajectory
- Support communication channels to maintain transparency across the initiative
- Update monthly forecast and payment files accurately ahead of CIO meetings
- Upload customer contract documents on time and initiate signature workflows
- Verify incoming invoices and manage payment processing timelines
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English proficiency
- German language proficiency at the C1 level
- Regular application of AI tools to enhance productivity and reduce repetitive labor
- Responsible use of AI through effective prompting and critical validation of outputs
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in PMO or project management within complex IT or transformation settings
- Strong organizational skills and communication abilities in German
- Background working with both IT and business stakeholders
- Advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge covering Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Proactive, structured, and hands-on working methodology
