Job Description
We Are Rosie is hiring a Demand Gen Manager for a remote, full-time contract position supporting a mission-driven technology platform. This organization provides online fundraising and campaign tools for progressive and Democratic causes, organizations, and candidates. The growth marketing team is currently scaling two specific products through the 2026 election cycle: a website builder and an organizing toolkit featuring peer-to-peer texting.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end growth role suited for an independent marketer who can run autonomously starting on day one. The professional in this position will take ownership of full-funnel acquisition, manage the in-house transition of paid media channels, and drive engagement and activation as the election cycle reaches its busiest period. The engagement is scheduled for approximately three months at 30 to 40 hours per week, with a potential extension starting as soon as possible. Candidates must work during Eastern Standard Time hours.

Responsibilities
- Execute a stage-based activation program moving signups to active, revenue-generating users of the organizing and texting toolkit leading up to Election Day
- Drive 10DLC business texting registration through drop-off recovery and targeted emails in collaboration with the email coordinator
- Manage the transition of paid media back to growth marketing by auditing and overseeing Google, LinkedIn, and Meta campaigns
- Design and test new paid media channels while reporting clearly on performance data
- Create get-out-the-vote content including a pre-election newsletter, webinar, blog series, and early-voting content
- Develop acquisition materials for the website builder such as candidate-facing campaigns and a competitive one-pager
- Provide content and promotional support for candidate trainings in November and December
- Track funnel performance, landing page metrics, email data, and content stats against revenue and activation targets, delivering weekly progress reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation
- Demonstrated success in driving conversion and product activation
- Practical, hands-on paid media expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Background in building nurture and lifecycle programs using HubSpot
- Ability to manage a full funnel independently, interpret data, and adjust strategies quickly
- Experience creating or directing action-oriented content like webinars, one-pagers, and blogs
- Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment with fixed, immovable deadlines
- Agreement with the client mission to support progressive and Democratic causes and candidates
- Availability to work Eastern Standard Time hours
Qualifications
- Experience taking over or restructuring mid-flight paid media accounts
- Familiarity with 10DLC registration and SMS marketing
- Background marketing to first-time buyers, nonprofits, or small businesses
- Experience with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel
- Prior SaaS growth background
